Meet Our Doctor

A native of Cleveland, Tennessee, Dr. Michael Blackmon attended Duke University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and was a member of the Duke football team. Dr. Blackmon attended the University of Tennessee Memphis Dental School and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1997. Dr. Blackmon’s primary focus is smile restoration and cosmetic solutions to improve a patient’s smile and confidence.

Dr. Blackmon and his Calhoun-native wife, Robin, have two children, Abby and Reid, both of whom graduated from the University of Alabama. Dr. Blackmon has over 25 years of experience in the dental field and looks forward to serving the Calhoun community for the remainder of his career. Dr. Blackmon enjoys time with his family hiking, beach trips and exercising.
